Challenge Mobile App 15.1

This application enables Challenge EI therapists to document session notes for the professional services provided directly from their mobile devices. Therapists have the ability to compose, sign, and submit:

• Regular session notes
• Cancelled session notes
• Makeup session notes

The application streamlines the process of submitting necessary session notes through a secure, efficient, and user-friendly platform. Gone are the days of carrying physical copies of pre-filled session notes to every appointment – all that's required is your mobile device. Moreover, it significantly reduces the likelihood of errors commonly associated with paper-based notes.

This specialized tool is exclusively designed for Challenge Early Intervention therapists. Access to the application is contingent upon a secure login to the Challenge Webmaster.
